The Communist Manifesto

The Communist Manifesto was written 178 years ago. In spite of that, the Manifesto is a strikingly modern text. From its explanation of class struggle as the driving force of history, to Marx’s predictions of globalization, to his explanation of the inner contradictions of capitalism leading to crisis, the Manifesto is one of the most relevant texts for anyone today who wants to change the world. 

This discussion will be introduced by Joel Bergman, a leading member of the RCP in Canada.
