Five members from the Madison RCA went to a post-election rally with 60 to 80 people in attendance—mostly students and young workers. The mood of the protest was not that of a defeat. It was defiance.
Speeches lambasted the Democrats and highlighted their hypocrisy. Everyone was in agreement that the Democrats are as much our class enemy as the GOP. The character of the attendees was militant and people were looking to get seriously organized. From the event we have two new recruits to the party!
